On my first visit, I had the carne asada burrito. Great flavor. It is close to my work. I went back and had the vegetarian burrito as I wasn't in the mood for meat that afternoon. Wonderful again! I will be back.

We've gone multiple times since this restaurant opened. The food and service never disappoint!

Great location to stop by for an antojito, refreshing agua fresca, or to sit down and have a meal. The staff was helpful, and very quick with our order. I had a seasonal agua fresca which was great during the summer heat. The gaspacho was also fresh and the fruit was very crisp.

The hubster and I popped in here for a lunch while we were in the area and wanted to try something new. We were not disappointed. We were greeted by the friendliest and cutest gal who made suggestions with our order and took my food allergy into consideration. We had the place to ourselves and enjoyed the festive interior decor. There is also patio seating. Our food was brought to the table and not only was it smelling delicious it was festive for the eyes as well. Our meals were freshly made and filling. If you are in the Arden area, I encourage you to try this lovely place for a fabulous meal! Gold star Gaspachos!

I have always wanted to try their vegan tacos here. I arrived on a Saturday around noon and it was very quiet. We placed our orders first prior to sitting down. Complimentary chips and salsa were provided while we waited for our food. Food arrived quickly and I appreciate the aesthetic plating of the food. I ordered their taco plate with 2 nopales (cactus) and 1 calabacita (squash) tacos. The taco plate came with rice, black beans, salad, cucumber, radish, and guacamole. Everything was extremely fresh but I thought my tacos were quite bland. I would probably customize my tacos next time to add additional ingredients for more flavor. Everything else was well prepared and seasoned. I love to see that they have plenty of vegan and vegetarian options!

Next door to Smashburger. Vegan options are available. I ate in and the cashier asked if I wanted chips and salsa, red or green (mild). Complimentary. There were seating out front of the store and inside, along with 2 large TVs. Cashier was nice and the food was good.. Pretty much a good stop but not so much that I crave it. It was cold inside.. They kept the front door open and it let the cold in.. I didn't even sit near the door. If i'm shopping or seeing a movie, it's an option.

Today, we decided to give Gaspachos 2.0 a try, and it definitely lived up to our expectations. We ordered the Birria taco plate, which came with homemade tortillas, consome, and green salsa. The chamoy sauce is also homemade, adding a delightful touch to my corona. Not only was the food delicious, but the ambience of the restaurant was also quite calming. The music playing in the background was at the perfect level, creating a pleasant atmosphere. Additionally, the number of inside seats is perfect, allowing us to enjoy our meal without feeling overwhelmed or crowded. Overall, we highly recommend this family-owned establishment. Gazpachos 2.0 had very fun decoration and vibe. I loved their hanging decorations and how colorful it was inside. Service was very prompt and friendly as well. I got a veggie burrito with squash and my dad got a chicken burrito. I liked my burrito very much! It was choked full of many things and very filling.
